Use it when

A question deserves a written answer customers can find, or an article is out of date.

What it does

Create an article (no id) or change one (id). Write the body as `markdown` (see the design guide) or `content` HTML. Every change is kept as a revision the owner can restore. Unpublished until published: true.

What comes back

The article (id, title, slug, description, collection, status, dates), its public url and a preview url. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
