What is an AI scheduling assistant?
Software that finds a time, books the meeting and handles changes for you. On Conecto it is your own agent using the calendar tools, so it books from an email, a chat or a call.
Does it work with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. The owner connects Google Calendar in one click, so bookings avoid busy times and land in it. For Outlook, the Microsoft 365 tools read and add events in the calendars of the mailboxes you name.
What does a booking cost?
A booking costs $0.01, and moving or cancelling one costs $0.01. Finding free times and reading bookings are free.
Can it book my team, like Calendly or Cal.com teams do?
Yes. Each person gets a booking page with their own hours and their own Google Calendar. A shared meeting type goes round the team, to whoever is free with the highest priority and then to whoever has had fewest that month, or it waits until everyone is free and invites them all.
Who hosts it?
Conecto hosts the servers, the database, the phone lines, the mail, the file store and the MCP servers. Your agent only needs the address.
