Use it when

Deciding which articles to write next.

What it does

Questions the help center does not answer yet: searches that found nothing and questions people asked in chat that ended with a handoff to the team. Write articles for the top ones.

What comes back

The days covered, the searches that found nothing (how often, and when last), and the chat questions handed to the team, with how often each came up and the conversations. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
