Use it when

Articles need a new group, or a group is renamed.

What it does

Create a collection (no id) or change one (id): name, a one-line description, an icon from the design guide’s list, and its order among collections. Its address stays the same when it is renamed.

What comes back

The collection with its id, name, slug, description, icon, order and article count. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
