Use it when

A suggestion was read and the owner (or the agent) decided on it.

What it does

Publish a suggested article or edit (optionally with your own title, description or Markdown), save it as an unpublished draft, or dismiss it. A dismissed topic is not proposed again for 90 days.

What comes back

The suggestion with its new status, and the article it published or saved as a draft. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
