Use it when

Before changing a form, or when someone asks whether it is still open.

What it does

One form with its fields, settings, public link, whether it is taking responses (and why not), its response count, and this account's monthly allowance of received responses.

What comes back

The form in full, and the business's responses received this month against its allowance. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
