Use it when

For every response in a spreadsheet, use forms_export_responses.

What it does

A form's responses, newest first: for each answer the question, the stored value and a readable answer, plus the link values (hidden_fields) and the CRM contact. When next_cursor is not null, call again with it for older responses.

What comes back

The form_id, the responses (each with its response_id, time, answers with question and readable value, link values and CRM contact), how many, and next_cursor for older ones. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

Inputs

`form`Required	string	The form's form_id or slug (forms_list shows both). 1 to 60 characters.
`since`	string	Only responses from this time on: ISO 8601 (2026-10-01T00:00:00Z) or a date (2026-10-01, UTC). Up to 40 characters.
`limit`	integer	1 to 100. Default: 25.
`cursor`	string	The next_cursor of the previous page. Up to 500 characters.

When it refuses

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.

Code	When	What to do
`not_found`404	No form of the business has that form_id or slug.	Call forms_list and use a form_id or slug from it.
`invalid_input`400	since is not an ISO 8601 time or a date.	Send a time like 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z or a date like 2026-10-01.
`invalid_input`400	The cursor is not one of this form's.	Leave cursor out to start from the newest response.
