What it does

The account's forms, newest first, with their public links, whether each is taking responses, and their response counts.

What comes back

Up to 200 forms, newest first, each with its form_id, slug, url, title, status, whether it takes responses and response count, and the responses received this month. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
