# Get a form (`forms_get`)

One form with its fields, settings, public link, whether it takes responses (and why not) and its response count.

One form with its fields, settings, public link, whether it is taking responses (and why not), its response count, and this account's monthly allowance of received responses.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

`result`: The form in full, and the business's responses received this month against its allowance.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `not_found` | 404 | No form of the business has that form_id or slug. | Call forms_list and use a form_id or slug from it. |
