Something about a record changed: a status, a date, a price.
What it does
Change values in up to 500 rows by their row number: [{"row": 12, "values": {"Stage": "Ordered"}}]. A null value clears a cell. Only the columns given change.
What comes back
changed: how many rows changed. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
