What it does
Add up to 500 rows, each an object of column names to values, e.g. {"Name": "Maria Santos", "Budget": 5000}. All rows are checked first; if one is wrong, none is added and the error names its row and column.
What comes back
added: how many; rows: their row numbers. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
