Use it when

A bill was entered twice or replaced.

What it does

Void a bill entered by mistake (or replaced): refused while money is recorded as paid on it (record the refund first). The quantities it billed on its order can be billed again; the books reverse it.

What comes back

bill: the bill, now void. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
