Use it when

The business wants to write to people who asked for it, again and again.

  • For one email to one person or a few, use email_send.

What it does

A newsletter people join on its own page (cncto.co/n/<name>) by confirming their address, like Buttondown or listmonk. Issues go out through the business's own email service (connect it first with newsletters_connect_service); every issue carries postal_address (the law in the US and the EU asks for one) and a one-click unsubscribe. Free; needs an account that has topped up once.

What comes back

The newsletter with its slug, name, page url, from address, postal address, description, archive setting and subscriber counts, and next: how to get subscribers and write the first issue. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
