Use it when

Someone asks who signed up, or whether a person is subscribed.

What it does

Who is on a newsletter, newest first: active (confirmed), pending (not yet confirmed), unsubscribed, bounced or complained.

What comes back

The subscribers with their email, name, status and dates, and the total. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
