hiring_mark_spam.
What it does
Block or unblock networks and email domains, like Greenhouse's spam blocklist. Applications from them are kept as spam: no $0.50 fee, no emails, out of hiring_list_applicants unless spam is true, and the sender sees the usual thank-you. Applications already in stay where they are. $0.001.
What comes back
blocklist: ips and email_domains as they are now. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
