Use it when

Before deciding on someone, before an interview, or when the checks flagged an application.

What it does

One application in full: links, cover letter, answers, the screening with its match score, the checks on who sent it, notes, history, and the résumé with a download link. signals come from what the application objectively carries (its network, email and phone, and what other applications share), never from AI, grouped as high risk, minor and authenticity markers; they inform and decide nothing.

What comes back

applicant: the application in full, with the résumé's download link, answers, flags, screening (with required_not_shown), match_score, signals (risk, and high, minor and authentic: each a code and a sentence, with applicant_ids when other applications share something), notes and history. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.
