A candidate should take a test before the next step.
What it does
Email an applicant their own link to a test, in the business's name. The link works for `days` until they start; then the time limit runs. $0.25 when they complete it.
What comes back
sent_to, the test link, and when it expires. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
