Use it when

Someone leaves, or an account must be stopped at once.

What it does

Block a person's sign-in and end every session they have, as when they leave; their own assistants on this Conecto account stop too. Check who it is with directory_get_user first. On accounts with an owner it waits for the owner's approval by default (an approval rule made on connecting). directory_restore_user undoes it.

What comes back

suspended: the person, now unable to sign in. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
