Use it when

To check who an action will touch before suspending or changing them.

What it does

One person by id or email: name, email, title, department and whether they can sign in.

What comes back

person: id, name, email, title, department and enabled. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

When it refuses

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.
