A group of records gets or loses a label: everyone who came to an event, all autumn buyers.

crm_update_contact.
What it does
Add and remove tags on up to 100 contacts, companies or deals at once, such as everyone who came to a webinar. A new tag is made on first use; tags match in any case. Find tagged records with the tag argument of the find tools.
What comes back
tagged: how many records changed, missing_ids: ids that are not records of the business, and the tags added and removed. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
