Use it when

Before paying people back, or when someone asks what they are still owed.

What it does

Expense claims: what people paid for the business with their own money, still to repay (the default), repaid, void or all, newest first, with what each person is owed per currency; person keeps to one.

What comes back

claims: each with the person, date, amount, status and entries; count; people: what each person is owed per currency. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
