Use it when

Before booking, to learn the tax names and where payments land.

What it does

The base currency, start date, fiscal year, locked period, which accounts hold which role, where invoice payments land, the taxes, how many entries there are and how many bank lines wait to be matched.

What comes back

The settings, the accounts holding each role, where each payment method lands, the taxes, the locked period, and how many entries and unmatched bank lines there are. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
