Use it when

Before saving a rule, or to see why a line was suggested as it was.

What it does

The bank rules, in the order they are tried: their conditions, where they book, and how often and when each was last used.

What comes back

rules: each with its name, direction, conditions, amount range, bank account, parts, description, position, times used and last used. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
