Use it when

A tool answered 202: poll this with its call_id until the status is succeeded or failed.

What it does

One call by id: its status (queued, running, succeeded, failed), cost and result. Use it to poll a background call until it finishes.

What comes back

The call: its call_id, tool, status, cost, the error code and message if it failed, when it was made, and its input and output (null once they are purged). Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
