The attendee or the business asks for another time.
What it does
Move a booking to another free time. The attendee and the guests get an updated invite by email. A round-robin meeting keeps its host when they are free then, else goes to the host its rules pick.
What comes back
The booking at its new time, in the same shape calendar_book returns. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
