Use it when

A meeting will not happen: the attendee or the business called it off.

What it does

Cancel a booking. The attendee, the guests and the hosts are told by email (unless notify is false).

What comes back

The cancelled booking with its reason. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

When it refuses

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.

Code	When	What to do
`not_found`404	No booking has that reference or booking_id.	Find the booking with calendar_list_bookings and pass its reference.
`sending_paused`403	Email from the business is paused, so the attendee cannot be emailed.	Call again with notify: false, and ask the owner to contact Conecto about the pause.
`suppressed`422	The attendee's address bounced, complained or unsubscribed before.	Call again with notify: false, or use another address for them.
