Publish one of the kept versions again (website_get lists them). The draft stays as it is.

What comes back

The site, the new version number, and copied_from: the version published again. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

`not_found`404	No website of the business has that name.	Call website_list and use one of its names.
`not_found`404	No kept version has that number.	Call website_get to see the versions.
`not_published`409	The site is not published.	Publish it with website_publish first.
