To answer people who replied, or to tell the person who is interested.
What it does
The replies to the business's outreach campaigns, newest first: who wrote (email, name, company and their CRM contact_id), to which campaign, the subject, the text, when it came and their status now. Replies are read from each mailbox every few minutes; a reply stops the person's follow-ups. Answer them from the business's own mailbox, and keep whether they are interested with outreach_set_status.
What comes back
replies (reply_id, campaign_id, campaign, email, name, company, contact_id, subject, text, received_at, status), total and next_offset. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
