# Read outreach replies (`outreach_replies`)

The replies to the business's outreach campaigns, newest first, with who wrote, the text and their status now.

The replies to the business's outreach campaigns, newest first: who wrote (email, name, company and their CRM contact_id), to which campaign, the subject, the text, when it came and their status now. Replies are read from each mailbox every few minutes; a reply stops the person's follow-ups. Answer them from the business's own mailbox, and keep whether they are interested with outreach_set_status.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

## Use it when

To answer people who replied, or to tell the person who is interested.

`result`: replies (reply_id, campaign_id, campaign, email, name, company, contact_id, subject, text, received_at, status), total and next_offset.

## Errors

| `not_found` | 404 | No campaign on this account has that campaign_id. | Leave it out, or use one from outreach_campaigns. |
