Waiting for a decision, when no webhook receives notify.answered.

What it does

Where a question you asked with notify_request_approval stands: waiting, answered (with the answer and the comment), expired or cancelled. The answer also comes as the event notify.answered.

What comes back

request: its question, options, status (waiting, answered, expired or cancelled), the answer, the comment and when it was answered. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.
