Before filtering, sorting or saving custom fields, to know the keys and types.
What it does
The fields you can read, filter and sort on for contacts, companies and deals: the standard ones and the custom fields defined with crm_define_field (type, options, description, and how many records hold a value).
What comes back
The standard fields per object (id among them, and archived_at for contacts), and the custom fields with their type, options, description and how many records hold a value. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
