The CRM was filled from several sources, or someone says a person appears twice.
What it does
Contacts or companies that are probably the same: contacts with the same email in any case, the same phone number in any format, or the same name at the same company; companies with the same domain, or the same name once "Inc", "Ltd", "GmbH" and the like are dropped. Archived ones are left out. Merge each group with crm_merge_contacts or crm_merge_companies.
What comes back
Groups of probable duplicates, each with its reasons (same email, phone, name at the same company, domain or name) and the records in it. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
