Connections

Remove a connection

connect_remove · Deletes data · Markdown

Forgets a connected system and its credential; the system itself doesn't change.

Free

This tool costs nothing to call.

An example

We are done with the old help desk. Remove its connection.

Your agent callsconnect_removeFree

The example business is Hansen & Voss, a restaurant-equipment wholesaler in Hamburg with 60 staff. The reply is the one the tool really gives.

With these arguments
{
  "connection": "zendesk"
}
What comes back
{
  "removed": "zendesk"
}

Use it when

The company stops using a system, or the agent shouldn't reach it any more.

What it does

Forget a connected system and its credential. Nothing changes in the system itself.

What comes back

removed: the connection's name. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
