What it does

Exactly what connect_call would send, without sending it: the method, the full address with its query, the headers (the credential hidden) and the body. It runs every check a call does, so a refused call is refused here too. Show it to a person before a change. Free.

What comes back

connection; would_send: method, url, headers and body; sent: false. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

When it refuses

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.

Code	When	What to do
`not_found`404	No connection has that name.	connect_list shows them.
`not_allowed`403	The call is outside the connection's allowed calls.	Use an allowed call, or ask the owner to widen them.
`invalid_input`400	The method or path is not valid.	A path starts with / and holds no query.
