Use it when

A team's agent is doing something wrong or spending too fast, and everything it runs must stop now.

What it does

Stops every key of a team at once, this one too if it is the team's: their calls are refused until the owner starts the team again on their account page. For a bot that misbehaves or a team that spends too fast. Free.

What comes back

team: the team, now paused. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
