A person asks for a copy of their data, or to take it to another business, and you know it is them.
- For everything the account holds, use
account_export_all. - For only finding where their data is, use
account_find_person.
What it does
Everything account_find_person finds about one person in one ZIP in the file store: their records as JSON Lines (credentials left out) and the files those records point to, like a CV. Give the person the download link when they ask for a copy of their data (GDPR Art. 15 and 20), once you know it is them. Free; 20 a day.
What comes back
file: the ZIP's file_id, name, size, download link and how many hours the link works; records, kinds, and files left out (over 20 MB). Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
