A scheduled post is wrong or no longer wanted. A post that went out stays on the network.
What it does
Delete a post (with its thread) from the business's social workspace. One still waiting for its time never goes out, and its $0.02 is refunded; one whose time came may have gone out, so it is not; one that went out stays on the network (delete it there). Free.
What comes back
deleted: the post_id, and refunded: what was given back (only for a post whose time had not come, or that failed). Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
