Use it when

To find a schedule_id, or to see what runs on its own.

What it does

Every schedule on the account: what it runs and when, which bot it runs as, its next run and how its last run went.

What comes back

schedules: each with its schedule_id, name, tool, timetable in words, bot, next run, last run and its status; count; and how many are paused. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
