Use it when

When a search's status is needs_input, after asking the person its question.

What it does

Answer the question of a search whose status is needs_input, in the person's words or with a choice's value; it carries on with the answer, under the same hold. A search left waiting a day ends with what it found.

What comes back

The search as prospects_get shows it: running again, or with a new question. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
