Use it when

When the person wants no more emails from a campaign at all.

What it does

End a campaign for good: nobody it hasn't emailed yet is emailed or charged, and no follow-up goes. Replies to what it sent are still read. It can't start again; save a new campaign instead.

What comes back

campaign (now stopped) and never_emailed, how many people it never wrote to. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
