What customers owe, per currency: outstanding, overdue and paid this month, plus quotes still open.

What comes back

Today and the month, per currency the outstanding, overdue and paid-this-month amounts with their counts and the open quotes, and how many drafts there are. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
