Someone asks who is away today or this week.
What it does
Who is off from `from` to `to` (default: today only), per person: each leave with its request_id and the working days it takes in the period; plus the public holidays in the period and anyone whose status is on_leave. Filter by department or location; include_pending adds requests still waiting for a decision.
What comes back
The period (from, to), out: each person away with their leaves (request_id, type, dates) and the days in the period, the public holidays in it, and on_leave: the people on long leave. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.
