Use it when

The document changed or the deal fell through.

What it does

Stop a request before everyone has signed. Signers who were asked get a short email saying nothing is needed any more; their links stop working.

What comes back

The request, now cancelled. Every reply also carries cost_usd and balance_usd.

When it refuses

A refused call costs nothing and says what to do next.

Code	When	What to do
`not_found`404	No signature request of the business has that request_id.	Find it with esign_list.
`closed`409	The request is completed, declined, cancelled or expired.	Send a new request if needed.
