What is Conecto?
Conecto is business software built for AI agents. A small business's own agent, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, uses Conecto to run the CRM, answer email and phone calls, send invoices and keep the books. The agent connects over MCP or a REST API and pays per action from a prepaid balance.
What does Conecto do?
Conecto hosts the systems a small business runs on and lets the business's AI agent operate them. As of October 27, 2026, Conecto has 581 tools in 52 areas. Each Conecto tool is one action, such as saving a contact, sending an invoice or booking a meeting, and each tool has a published price.
The Conecto areas a small business uses most:
- CRM: contacts, companies and deals, with every email, call, invoice and meeting on the customer's record.
- Email: inboxes on the business's own subdomain, where the agent sends, receives and keeps threads.
- Phone: phone numbers in the US and Canada that the agent answers, with a transcript of every call.
- Invoices and bookkeeping: quotes and invoices numbered without gaps and paid online, posted to double-entry books with bank matching and DATEV export.
- Scheduling: booking pages, free times and meetings, similar to Calendly.
- Help desk and website chat: support tickets from email with SLAs, and a chat widget on the business's website that the agent answers.
- HR and hiring: people records, time off, onboarding checklists, a careers page and job applications.
- E-signature: contracts signed in the browser and sealed with a signing certificate.
Conecto's other areas include forms, newsletters, social posting, websites, analytics, purchasing and inventory. Every tool, with its price, is listed at conecto.chat/tools.
What makes Conecto different?
Conecto runs the business systems itself
Zapier MCP connects an AI agent to more than 9,000 apps the business already uses.1 Composio gives an agent more than 1,500 tools across many apps.2 Conecto hosts the systems themselves. The CRM, the inboxes, the phone lines, the invoices and the books all run on Conecto, so a business that starts on Conecto needs no separate subscription for each job.
The business's own agent does the work
Conecto has no AI assistant of its own. The agent the business already talks to, such as Claude or ChatGPT, reads the records and calls the tools. Because one agent works across the inbox, the calendar, the invoices and the books, that agent sees the whole business.
Conecto charges per action, from one balance
Every Conecto tool has a published price. A change to a record costs $0.01, sending an invoice $0.10 and booking a meeting $0.01. Reading the business's own data is free up to 1,000,000 reads a month. Conecto has no plans, tiers or seats.
The owner keeps control of the agent
Conecto logs every call with the key that made it and what it cost. Each key can spend at most $20 a day, and each account $100 a month, until the owner raises the limits. The owner can make risky calls, such as refunds or deletions, wait for approval.
Who is Conecto for?
Conecto fits a small business that already uses an AI agent, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, and wants the agent to handle its admin. The admin Conecto covers includes invoices, the support inbox, bookings and the phone.
Conecto also fits two other groups:
- Developers who build agents for businesses and want hosted business systems behind one REST API and one MCP server.
- Larger companies that want their agent to work inside the systems they already run. Conecto connects to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, and to a company's own APIs through connections that allow only the calls the company lists.
Another tool fits better in these cases:
- The business wants to keep every app it already pays for and only connect an agent to them. Zapier MCP and Composio are built for that.
- The business has no AI agent and wants a ready-made chatbot. Conecto supplies tools and no assistant.
- The business needs phone numbers outside the US and Canada. Conecto rents numbers in those two countries only.
- The business wants an agent that places sales calls. The only calls Conecto places confirm meetings booked in advance.
Who is behind Conecto?
Conecto was founded by Amelia Cardona Hernandez and Vadim Dunaevskiy. Both founders are former Apple employees who worked on Apple Intelligence, the AI features in iPhone, iPad and Mac.
The founders built Conecto so that the agent a business already talks to can do the work, with every system that work needs behind it.
The company behind Conecto is CherryWave LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. Amelia Cardona Hernandez and Vadim Dunaevskiy are its managing members. Conecto is an independent company and is not affiliated with Apple.

How does Conecto work?
- A person gives their agent one line: "Set up Conecto from conecto.chat/SKILL.md". A person using Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can add Conecto as a custom connector at
https://api.conecto.chat/v1/mcpand sign in. - The agent reads SKILL.md, opens an account for the business with one API call and adds Conecto as one MCP server.
- When someone asks for a job, such as "send Rachel her invoice", the agent picks the matching Conecto tool and calls it.
- Conecto takes the call's price from the prepaid balance. The owner adds credit from $5 or turns on automatic top-ups, and a call that fails costs nothing.
- The owner sees every call on the account page with its cost, and calls marked for approval wait for the owner's answer.
How each agent connects to Conecto:
| Agent | How it connects |

How does Conecto protect the business and its customers?
- Conecto stores each API key as a SHA-256 hash. An owner can limit a key to some areas, some tools or reading only.
- Secret values passed to a tool, such as a password, stay out of Conecto's call log.
- On free credit, an agent on Conecto reaches only people inside the business. Email, phone calls and documents to outsiders need one real top-up first.
- Conecto holds back cold sales email to people who never wrote to the business.
- Every email an agent writes through Conecto ends with a line saying the business's AI assistant wrote it. A Conecto phone line's greeting tells callers they reached an automated line.
- Conecto finds, exports or erases everything about one person on request, for data protection requests.
- Conecto's database is in Germany. Conecto's terms include the data processing terms that GDPR Article 28 requires, in section 26.
