To add Conecto chat to a site, install the snippet for the specific widget you want visitors to use.
1. In Conecto, open Workspace → Chat widgets. Select an existing widget or choose Add widget.
2. Expand Install and choose Copy.
3. Paste the copied snippet into your website builder or site template where custom scripts are allowed. Publish your website changes.
4. Open the live page in a private window and look for the chat launcher. Send a test message and confirm it arrives in Inbox → All conversations.
Each widget has its own installation snippet. If you manage several sites, check the widget name before copying. If the launcher is missing, confirm the published page contains the snippet and that your site builder is not stripping custom scripts.
