Open Workspace → Chat widgets, find the widget used on your website, and choose Customize. Review the settings shown there, make the changes you want, and save them.
After saving, refresh your live website and open the chat launcher to check the result. If you manage more than one widget, confirm you edited the same widget whose installation snippet is on that site. If the old version still appears, check that the site is showing its latest published version and retry in a private browser window.
For installation or visibility problems, use the widget’s Install section to confirm you copied the correct snippet.
