Starts a website for the business at cncto.co/w/<name> as a draft with a home page, in its brand.

Start a website for the business at cncto.co/w/<name>: a draft with a home page, drawn in the brand kit (account_set_brand: logo and colour). Build it with website_save_page, look at it with website_preview, put it online with website_publish. Nothing is public and nothing is charged by the month until it is published.

Price: $0.01 a call. A call that fails costs nothing.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `invalid_input` | 400 | A text field is missing or too long, or the language is not a code like "en". | Fix the field the message names. |
| `name_taken` | 409 | The name is taken, kept, or belonged to a deleted site. | Pick another name. |
| `limit_reached` | 409 | The business has as many websites as it may. | Delete one it no longer needs with website_delete. |
