The business's outreach campaigns, newest first, each with its status and numbers.

The business's outreach campaigns, newest first, each with its status (draft, running, paused, completed or stopped), why it paused, its mailboxes and its numbers: people, queued, messaged, replied, the reply rate, interested, not interested, bounced, unsubscribed, emails sent and what it cost.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

`result`: campaigns (campaign_id, name, status, paused_reason, mailboxes, people, by, created_at, started_at, queued, messaged, replied, reply_rate, interested, not_interested, bounced, unsubscribed, emails_sent, charged_usd), total and next_offset.
