# Send events to a channel (`notify_subscribe`)

Sends chosen events to a saved channel as they happen, replacing the channel's list.

Send events to a saved channel as they happen, so the business's own tools hear about them: Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram, ntfy, Pushover, or a webhook (signed JSON with the event's data; use one to connect Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems). Replaces the channel's list. Free to send.

Price: $0.001 a call. A call that fails costs nothing.

`result`: channel: the channel with its new list of events.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `not_found` | 404 | No saved channel has that name. | Call notify_list_channels for the names. |
| `invalid_input` | 400 | No event was named, or an event is not one notify_list_events lists. | Use event names from notify_list_events, an area like "hiring.*", or "*". |
