Adds a location (a warehouse, a shop, a van), or renames, describes or archives one.

Add a location (a warehouse, a shop, a van) or rename, describe or archive one (only when empty).

Price: $0.001 a call. A call that fails costs nothing.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `invalid_input` | 400 | The name is empty or too long. | Give a name of 1 to 120 characters. |
| `name_taken` | 409 | A location has that name already. | Pick another name. |
| `has_stock` | 409 | The location to archive still holds stock. | Move the stock elsewhere first. |
